Our Trucks

Brunch Babes

How many people can say they got their start in the food truck business on national television? Well these brunchy girls can! These 3 cousins got their start on Season 10 of The Great Food Truck Race and we won’t spoil the season but… they did well! After the competition these determined women set out to make the dream of food truck ownership a reality and bought “Brunchin Betty”. They then worked their brunchin’ butts off and opened their incredibly popular truck in the summer of 2020.

They serve some of the best brunch related food that money can buy. Everything from their loaded tots, unique handhelds and fresh brewed coffee and mocktails will keep you coming back. But their handmade donuts will break the glass ceiling of what certifies as a “good” donut!!

Lakeside Wiener Wagon

Dan and Josiah were co-workers at a local home improvement store when they started sharing with each other their love for food. They decided to chase their dream and open a food truck with a vision of serving “simple” food done really, really well! They bought an old potato chip delivery truck and slowly converted it into a food truck. During the fall of 2014 they did their first public event and never looked back.

The Wiener Wagon serves not only the traditional Chicago dog or Detroit style coney dog but all kinds of unique hot dogs such as their Street dog based on Mexican style street corn with grilled corn, garlic aioli, parmesan cheese and chili powder. If dogs aren’t your thing then try their wood smoked pulled pork with truck made BBQ sauce and slaw. And their smoked bologna sandwiches will not only bring back the childhood memories but change your whole concept of what bologna can taste like.

Chavela’s Taco’s

Isabel and Roman have been working in kitchens since high school. After getting married they dreamed about what it would look like to open a food truck and serve the food that their families grew up cooking. In 2017 they took the leap and opened Chavela’s Tacos. Because of their work ethic, generous personalities, and of course their incredible skills in the kitchen they quickly became a Ludington favorite with their authentic tacos!

Everything from their seasoned steak to the al pastor to the occasional barbacoa on the fresh corn tortilla will certainly be the best tacos you’ve had in a long time if not ever! They also serve incredible tamales, burritos, and quesadillas. And don’t forget the homemade salsa’s that you’ll want to drink out of the cup!

Road Crew Galley

Mike first started cooking in the Navy in the galley of a naval ship. After proudly serving our country Mike worked all over the country cooking everywhere from short order to fine dining. He met his wife while working at a restaurant in California and for years worked in the food service business together. When Mike wasn’t cooking he was playing bass in a rock band.

Mike and his wonderful wife Rae ended up in Ludington and eventually had the dream of starting a food truck. And boy is Ludington happy they did! They bring their love of food and love of rock-n-roll together with some incredible flavors. Everything from shrimp po-boy’s to french dips, to their classic cheeseburger explode with flavor! And when you stop, don’t forget to try Mike’s creative menu specials that he seems to have a bottomless pit of!

Roast’d

Awe shucks 🌽 you really want to “ear” 🌽a little about Colleen & Scott Bearup and how they have built their 🥔SPUDTACULAR dream of Roast’d? Research, trial and error, tenacious spirit and the ability to start small and dream BIG . Five years ago a couple folding tables a beautiful corn roaster and a menu that has now evolved to: Mexican Street Corn, Famous Roast’d Corn, Loaded Baked Potato, and mouth watering Fajita Chicken Corn Rice Bowl.

The Kernel and his wife put their hearts and souls into their food until the point they were ready to retire and sold to their friend and fellow food trucker Josiah. Josiah’s mission was to keep the same outstanding standards and build upon their legacy of excellence.

Trails Ends Baking Co.

Chef Cody Wedding has been baking since he was a tot. Always helping mom in the kitchen. His High School FACS teacher found he had a passion and talent for baking. She encouraged him to continue after high school. Cody enrolled in a culinary program in Indianapolis, IN to pursue what he loved to do. After graduating, he worked for a large commercial chain bakery for 4 years then worked for a family bakery for one year. He did this to learn both sides of owning a bakery. He decided he was ready to branch out on his own and created Trail’s End Baking Company in the spring of 2023. Cody reached out to Josiah, who owns the 10 Spot, and asked if he could have a bread and dessert trailer to compliment the other food trucks. In order to sell his items, he had to work out of a commercial kitchen. The Starting Block in Hart, Michigan provides such an opportunity for those who want to pursue their dreams. He spent his first summer creating delicious breads and pies and selling them at the 10 Spot. In the fall of 2023, he worked out a deal with a local business owner who wanted to retire. With an agreement in hand, Cody worked over the winter updating the decor, cleaning, and creating a menu that he wanted. Trail’s End Baking Company opened their permanent location on 110 W Filer St in downtown Ludington in March of 2024! Chef Wedding now has the facility to continue baking exceptional tasting treats and experiment creating new flavor combinations.

Cluck Bucket

Cluck Bucket owner Sheri Eaton has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for many years, she loves people!  For a number of years Sheri was home raising the Eaton kids, all 7 of them, while her husband owned a Construction Company.  In 2018 Sheri was dealt a “bucket of lemons,” when her husband, Derek,  had emergent open heart surgery to try and save his life from an aortic dissection!  God brought Derek through the very long surgery and he spent the next week continuing to fight for his life with damage to his lungs and kidney while in a medically induced coma. Derek recovered but was dealt some lifelong restrictions.  But as the Eatons say, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!” God gave Sheri a dream to bring amazing chicken, Pit-Tatoes, homemade sides and more to Ludington.  On February 16, 2019 the vision for “Cluck Bucket” was birthed!  On May 24, 2019 Cluck Bucket opened the food truck window to a line of people excited to experience the Cluck Buckets moto, “Eat’n Good!”  They have since expanded to a downtown brick and mortar location and the beuatiful “Ruby” food truck that parks at the 10 Spot!
